Meet Courtney, you can usually find her downtown Santa Barbara saying "hi" to all the dogs and snapping pictures for our Instagram page @sbpetsitters! She loves all animals, but has a special affinity towards big dogs or those that may be considered a little harder to walk. Courtney believes in supporting and relieving clients of worry knowing that their pets are loved and able to be active even with their busy lifestyles. Health and rest is a primary focus in her everyday life and when the dog is walk everyone sleeps better! She enjoys exploring Santa Barbara by finding new hiking trails, training Muay Thai, and trying new downtown restaurants.

Meet Brooke Lyn L. Always a New Yorker at heart, but officially a Santa Barbara girl, and forever an animal lover. 

Animals have always been her happy place, but it was when she was 13 that she began working for her neighbor as a vetenarians assistant. Her career working with animals continued to grow as she grew. Now, nearly two decades later, there’s nothing she feels she can’t do… except feed a mouse to a snake.

When she’s not traveling the world or making animals happy, she’s on stage doing stand up comedy making people laugh. 

She’s excited to be a part of the team and to continue to do more of what she loves!

Meet Elvira!

Elvira grew up in Mexico loving, playing and taking care of dogs. She also loves hamsters, turtles, cats, birds, fish and of course any other little critters. Elvira is a proud Mom of 2 sweet dogs, Chela and Coki.

Elvira is sweet and loveable and is our main person of contact at SBPS. We look forward to you meeting her!

Meet Tracy!

When she’s not doting over 

her client’s fur babies, you can find her volunteering with Spark Rescue of Santa Barbara. She cares deeply for the welfare of animals and has spent endless hours rescuing, fostering, and fundraising for animals in need. 

Tracy owns two chatty Siamese cats that she adopted after being their foster mom and lovingly refers to them as her “Foster Failures”. Tracy continues to provide experienced and trusted service to clients and their pets. She’s thrilled to be a partner in Santa Barbara Pet Sitters with Sunny!

 Meet Chelsea!

Chelsea was born and raised in Switzerland and now loves to hike explore the beautiful places in SB County especially when accompanied by a 4 legged friend.

Chelsea works at UCSB in the ecology lab and enjoys all things outdoors. Chelsea grew up with 2 cats, 2 canaries and a tortoise!

While currently a hamster Mom, she is eagerly anticipating a living situation where she can have a dog.

As you can see, Chelsea is ALWAYS happy to take care of your furry, family members.  

Meet Nadia Joy! California girl and pasta enthusiast! Nadia enjoys studying emotional health and is an aspiring songwriter/movie score producer. In her spare time she enjoys teaching music to children/ young adults, and writing stories about strangers. She has grown up with various animals for most of her life, and ran her own pet care business for several years. Her spirit animal is Russell from Disney’s movie “UP” and the best way to her heart is through ice cream and pictures of dogs in pajamas. She stands by the phrase “be the kind of person your dog thinks you are.” 

Hi, I'm Briana and I have 20 years of animal care experience, working as a groomer and a Veterinary Assistant at VCA Animal Hospitals. I currently work for Spark Rescue where I help rescue abused and neglected dogs/cats and help them find their furever homes. I graduated from Santa Barbara Business College with a degree in Criminal Justice, but my true passion is saving all animals and giving them a second chance at a good life. I'm a mom of four wonderful children and two sweet pit bulls, Bella and Kylo. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach/mountains, hiking, singing, dancing, writing poetry and volunteering at local animal shelters.

Meet Cris!

One of our strongest team members! Cris spends her days walking our big dogs (and might little ones) but when she's not loving on your pets she is kicking butt coaching cross fit.

A Native to Brazil, Cris has fallen in love with Santa Barbara and has resided here for more 15 years,

Cris loves exercising and keeping your pets in good shape and healthy!

Ally was born and raised in the Central Valley but moved to Santa Barbara in 2016 to attend UC Santa Barbara. Ally is currently a law student at The Santa Barbara Colleges of Law and is a Paralegal for a civil defense law firm in Goleta. Ally has been a caregiver to animals for over 10 years and has experience working with and caring for animals of all ages. Ally loves to hike, travel, do yoga, and read at Mission Park. Ally has two cats named Phoebe and Bella, and they are her pride and joy.
 

Meet Sunny!

Sunny is Co-Owner at Santa Barbara Pet Sitters. After owning another pet care business for 10+ successful years, she decided to grow into a partnership Pet Sitting business. Sunny decided to start up SBPS with Tracy, her long time friend. Together they've created the most trusted pet care company around!

Meet Katie! Currently a Vet Assistant , Katie has a passion for helping owners take the best care of their animals. In her spare time, she likes to hike, read, snow ski and run marathons all with the company of her dog Gabe.

Katie is a very loyal person and has extensive knowledge on pet health.

She is a huge asset to SB Pet Sitters and looks forward to spoiling your pets!

Meet Alyssa!

Alyssa a student at New York University studying Global Public Health and Business of Entertainment, Media, & Technology. She has had a variety of pets throughout her life, including dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, lizards, frogs, etc. Currently, she has 2 Maine Coon cats that are twin brothers, Nino and Gogo. In her spare time, she loves to go on adventures with her friends, admire her cats, and spend time with her family. She loves to comeback to her hometown of SB during the Holidays.

Meet Jaye!

 Jaye is a student at the University of Santa Barbara, California. She has always been an avid animal lover, caring for animals her whole life! Jaye started volunteering for the SPCA when she was eleven years old and was a foster parent for over four years. She has a dog and two cats back at home and she knows how important it is to trust the person who is taking care of your animals. In addition,  she loves being outdoors, hiking, and the ocean has a special place in her heart. 

Meet Cassie!

 Cassie is a Northern California native. She moved to Santa Barbara to attend college and has since adopted this city as her hometown.

She’s been an animal lover since before she could walk. She was lucky to have parents that encouraged her interests early on. Over the years she’s cared for pet dogs, cats, snakes and a lizard name Million.

She’s always had a passion to work with animals. Within the last year she has been spending her free time as a foster for Spark Rescue. Her favorite part is giving her fosters a safe and loving home until they find the perfect forever family.

You can trust that she will care for your pets as if they are her own. She is excited to help by caring for your pets while you are away.

Meet Susan!

Susan lived her teenage years in Singapore and Malaysia where she developed her love of animals. Surrounded by dogs including a Great Dane, cats , rabbits and parakeets. Most recently shes been enjoying cat sitting with SB Petsitters. 

Meet Angela, the latest Pet Lover Angel added to the SBPS family! She is a retired Santa Barbara resident that grew up with pets of all sizes. Her passion for animals has brought her to Santa Barbara Pet Sitters to play, love, and walk your fur babies while you’re on vacation, at work or just having fun.
